Dinara Shcheglova was born in 1982 in Semey, East Kazakhstan region.
In 2004, she graduated from Eurasian National Gumilyov University; in 2007 she graduated from Kazakh Economic Ryskulov University and in 2012 she graduated from Kazakh University of Economy, Finance and International Commerce.
She has Bachelor`s Degree in Management and information systems.
She started her career in 2001. In different periods, she worked in commercial structures.
In 2008–2009, she worked as a Consultant in the World Bank Representative Office in Kazakhstan.
In the period 2011 to 2018, she occupied the positions of Chief Manager; Director for Service-based Informatization Model Department; Managing Director and Advisor to Chairman of the Board in National “Zerde” ICT Holding.
Since January 2018 to the present day, she occupied the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board in National “Zerde” ICT Holding.
